Returns & Exchanges
If a product is received that is defective, US Merchant Group Inc. will pickup the product and exchange it for you at no additional cost.
You must contact our customer service center within 21 days of receiving the product. The item will only be accepted for return if it’s in the original box with all of the packing materials including blank warranty cards.
Please do not alter, tape or write anything on the item or the packaging!
Please note if the item is NOT returned in its original condition there will be a 15% restocking charge.
If you receive a product and decide you don’t like it, and you want to exchange it for a REFUND you will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee, because we can no longer sell this product as a new item. Gloves can be returned with or without packing material without fee.
For health and hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns with any indications that an item has been used and/or installed.
This includes, but is not limited to, furniture requiring assembly that has been assembled, unsealed videos, DVDs and CDs. In addition, US Merchant Group Inc. does not accept the following items for return: diaper bags, diaper pails, liners, potty seats, feeding accessories, bottles, breast pumps, pacifiers, nursing pads, nursing pillows,body pillows, layette, nursing bras, teethers, crib teethers, thermometers, pacifiers, bath tubs and bathing accessories, lotions, powders and other hygiene related products.
To process refund, please, simply fill Contact Us form up, and we will issue RMA-number.
